  • UK: spend £50 or more
  • EU: spend £130 or more
  • Rest of the world: spend £160 or more

Shipping to the United Kingdom

Parcels to the United Kingdom are sent via Royal Mail (2nd class signed for) and the cost is £2.95. Delivery is FREE for orders over £50.

 

Shipping to Europe

Parcels to the Rest of the World are sent via Royal Mail – International Tracked & Signed and the cost is £9.95 / Free for orders over £130. A tracking reference will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

Shipping to the Rest of the World

Parcels to the Rest of the World are sent via Royal Mail – International Tracked & Signed and the cost is £15 / Free for orders over £160. A tracking reference will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

How can I return an item?

We will exchange or refund any item with which you are not happy with within 14 days after receiving your order, as long as both the packaging and the goods themselves remain intact and unworn. We cannot exchange or refund items where tickets or tags have been removed.

Also note that items presented in a branded box must be returned unmarked in their original, undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product. If the items are returned without their box or in a damaged box they may not be accepted.

You can return any part of an order within 14 days of receipt of your goods for an exchange or refund.

How To Return An Item

Email our customer service at sales@amabelle.co.uk with your order number and reasons for returning your purchase. Please note that your email must be sent within 14 working days of receiving the item.

Our customer care team will issue you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Wrap the item securely and then post the order to the address we have provided to you. We strongly recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery (courier or registered post) and keep proof of postage. Returns are sent at your expense – Return postage charges are non-refundable unless your order was faulty or incorrect.

Please allow 5 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund. Once a refund is processed you will receive a confirmation email (the email will be sent to the same email address as your order confirmation). Please note that your refund will be credited to the same card or payment method with which you made your original purchase.

Exchanges are processed within 2-3 working days. If your exchange is of higher value than your returned item(s), we will contact you to collect additional payment. We will not charge postage on exchange orders for UK mainland customers. Regretfully, we do have to charge customers outside of mainland UK.  We will email to confirm once your return has been processed.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa Credit, Visa Debit, MasterCard Credit, MasterCard Debit, Visa Electron and Maestro. We also accept Paypal. You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although, if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

How long will delivery take?

Shipping to the UK

Delivery time is within 2-3 working days. A tracking reference will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

Shipping to Europe

Delivery time is 3-7 working days (depending on destination country). A tracking reference will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

Shipping to the Rest of the World

Delivery time is 5-10 working days (depending on destination country). A tracking reference will be emailed once your order is dispatched.
